The bickering during and after the match cracks me up.
Apologies again for off-topic posting, but I recently read the chapter from your book in which you discussed chess romances, and you referenced a couple of erotic chess movie scenes. I didn’t see Austin Powers or the other one, but this is easily the most erotic chess scene I’ve seen in a movie, between Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway in the original Thomas Crown Affair. Probably if you’d seen it prior to your book you would have made reference to it.

I can’t tell if the game itself is “real” in that it would be one likely to be played by two good players.
